About this tool
For a business whose customers are in Iran, "the site is up" is not enough — the real question is "does it open from inside Iran?". A site can look healthy from Europe yet be filtered domestically, or the reverse: its foreign provider may block Iranian IPs. This tool queries the domain's DNS from resolvers inside Iran (an answer of 10.10.34.x is definitive evidence of filtering) and measures HTTP access from two vantage points. Wherever the evidence isn't conclusive, we honestly say "unknown".
