Hourly VPS

Hourly VPS, pay only for what you use.

A ServerNet hourly VPS is a full cloud server with a dedicated IP and root access that is billed by the hour instead of by the month: top up your wallet, the server is delivered automatically within minutes, and every hour the fixed rate of that plan is deducted from your balance. When you are done, delete the server and billing stops immediately.

How does an hourly server work?

Four steps, all from your ServerNet panel — no ticket needed.

  1. 1

    Top up your wallet

The minimum starting balance is 24 hours of the plan rate — about €0.24 for the cheapest plan.

  2. 2

Pick a location and a plan

Iran or any other country; exactly the same plans as monthly, with the same NVMe storage and dedicated IP. Hourly is not a lighter version.

  3. 3

    Tick “hourly billing”

At the plan step in the store, enable the hourly option. The first hour is charged immediately and the build starts.

  4. 4

    Delete it whenever you like

A fixed rate is deducted every hour. Deleting the server stops billing and any unused balance stays in your wallet.

Hourly VPS rates by country

Cheapest plan per country. Hourly rate = monthly price ÷ 720 hours, rounded up — so a full month of hourly costs about the same as monthly, and anything shorter costs less.

Hourly or monthly — which is cheaper?

If you need the server for less than a full month, hourly is cheaper because you only pay for the hours it is running. For an always-on server, monthly is simpler: no wallet top-ups and no running out of balance.

What is an hourly server good for?

Testing and staging

Try a new release on a real server for a few hours, then delete it.

Trading bots and scripts

Keep the bot running only during market hours, not the whole month.

Builds, CI/CD and rendering

Run the heavy job on a large plan and stop paying after a few hours.

Classes, webinars and demos

Spin up a fresh server per session; pay only for that session.

Campaigns and traffic spikes

Add temporary capacity for peak days such as sales or sign-ups.

Learning and experiments

Practise Linux, Docker or Kubernetes risk-free for pennies.

Frequently asked questions

What is an hourly VPS?
An hourly VPS is the same cloud server (VPS) with a dedicated IP and root access, billed per running hour from your wallet instead of a monthly prepayment. Plans, hardware and locations are exactly the ones sold monthly.
What is the minimum cost to start an hourly server?
You need at least 24 hours of the plan rate in your wallet to start — about €0.24 for the cheapest plan. That balance is not spent up front; it is deducted hour by hour.
What happens when my wallet runs out?
You choose at order time: power the server off (data is kept for 24 hours and it resumes once you top up), convert it to monthly billing, or delete it. The default is power-off with data kept.
Is an hourly server weaker than a monthly one?
No. It is the same plan with the same vCPU, RAM, NVMe disk, traffic and dedicated IP; only the billing differs. The hourly rate is the monthly price divided by 720 hours.
Do you offer hourly VPS in Iran?
Yes. Hourly servers are available both in our Iranian data centres and abroad; you pick the location at checkout.
How fast is an hourly server delivered?
Delivery is fully automatic; the server is usually ready in your panel with its IP and root password within minutes of ordering. The first hour counts from the moment you order.
How do I keep the cost under control?
Every plan has a fixed rate shown before you order, and the panel shows your wallet balance and active hourly servers. Deleting a server stops the hourly charge instantly.
Can I switch an hourly server to monthly later?
Yes. At order time choose “convert to monthly when the balance runs out”, or order a monthly server on the same plan at any time and move your data.
