What's the difference between SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
SPF is the list of servers allowed to send, DKIM is the message's digital signature, and DMARC is the policy for mail that fails them — together they build your email reputation.
Why wasn't my DKIM found?
DKIM lives under a "selector" whose name is chosen by the sender. We check the most common selectors; if your provider uses a custom one, find its name in that provider's panel.
I have two SPF records — is that a problem?
Yes, it's a hard error. The standard allows exactly one SPF record; more than one makes receivers treat SPF as invalid. Merge them into a single record.
