Each recipient counts as one send: a message to ten recipients counts as ten sends. This is a capacity estimate and does not charge your wallet.

Estimates cover standard sending over shared IPs, with an average message size up to 50 KB. Attachments, dedicated IPs, additional volume, custom integration and applicable taxes are quoted separately. Daily quotas and sending rates follow use-case review.

03 / FROM DOMAIN TO DELIVERY

A defined path from domain to sending

1

Review your use case

Define monthly volume, peak traffic, message type and recipient consent. Receive a quota proposal and quote.

2

Authenticate the domain

Check the sending domain or subdomain, DKIM, SPF and DMARC. Transactional sending generally does not require changing your current mailbox MX records.

3

Validate the connection

Connect SMTP with TLS or the API. Before launch, check acceptance, bounces and a representative message.

4

Scale gradually

Increase volume within your quota. Manage bounces, complaints and suppression. Dashboard access, webhooks and dedicated IPs depend on your agreed package.

Connect the software you already use

SMTP plugins for WordPress and WooCommerce; email libraries for Laravel and Node.js; outgoing-email settings for CRM, ERP and n8n. The Amazon API uses AWS request signing. Keep credentials on your server.

05 / QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you choose a plan

What is transactional email?

An automated email triggered by a purchase, password-reset request or another event. Mailbox hosting handles employee inboxes and incoming mail; both services can coexist on your domain.

Is inbox placement guaranteed?

No. Recipient-server acceptance and inbox placement are different. Authentication, domain reputation, content and recipient quality influence results. Actual performance requires measurement.

Do I need my own AWS account?

Not for ServerNet’s managed service. Access, domain scope, quotas and payment terms are confirmed in your quote.

Can I connect WordPress, CRM or factory software?

Software with secure SMTP or a programmable integration can connect. Custom ERP requirements and network restrictions are reviewed before the final quote.

What are the daily and per-second limits?

Each setup has defined daily and per-second quotas, depending on the account, region and service approval. Unlimited capacity or a fixed rate is not promised without review.

Do I need a dedicated IP?

Shared IPs often suit low and medium volume. Dedicated IPs cost extra and need consistent sending and a warm-up plan.

Can I send to purchased email lists?

No. Unsolicited sending and purchased lists are not supported. Opt-in newsletters need separation from essential email and unsubscribe management.

What does the estimate include?

Standard sending, setup for one domain and the stated support. Applicable taxes, attachments, dedicated IPs and custom development are scoped separately. Payment follows a confirmed quote.
