How do I get delisted?
First stop the spam source, then request delisting on that blacklist's site. Without fixing the cause, removal is temporary — you'll be relisted.
Why are some results "unknown"?
Some blacklists (like Spamhaus) don't answer every query source. In that case we honestly say "unknown" instead of guessing.
