About this tool
"Is my site up?" has no one-word answer: a site can open from Germany and fail from inside Iran — or the reverse. This tool sends a real HTTP request to your site from 50+ locations worldwide, including several cities inside Iran, and shows the status code and response time per node. When a customer says "the site won't open" and it opens fine for you, nothing answers faster than this.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the global ping tool?
Ping only measures reachability; this makes a real HTTP request — exercising the web server, SSL and the actual response. A site can answer pings yet return a 500.
It fails only from inside Iran — why?
Either the domain is filtered, or the foreign provider blocks Iranian IPs (sanctions). Our "Iran Accessibility" tool adds DNS-filtering detection on top.
Is a non-200 status a failure?
Not always — 301/302 redirects are normal and 403 is sometimes a firewall or bot shield. 5xx is a real server error worth investigating.
