About this server
The DL360 Gen9 is the half-height DL380; dual-socket, DDR4 and iLO 4, for dense virtualization and space-tight colocation at the lowest cost.
When rack space is tight but you still need dual-socket power, the DL360 Gen9 is the logical answer. It packs all of its bigger sibling's compute (Xeon E5-2600 v3/v4, up to 44 cores and 3 TB DDR4) into half the height — so you can fit twice as many servers in a standard rack.
It is ideal for hosting providers, virtualization nodes and environments with limited inbound power and floor space. The 1U thermal design means faster fans and a little more noise — a small price for high density. Like all our servers, it ships fully tested and warrantied.
