Permitted use

Commercial use is available to verified customers for authorized inquiry purposes. Customers must have a valid basis to access the subject's data.

Consent and verification codes

A service may require the subject's consent or verification. Sending a voice OTP only delivers a code and does not prove verification or ownership. No bill payment or funds transfer is performed.

Charges and outcomes

The price and charge cap are fixed before request acceptance. A valid mismatch may be billable. Only the API fee is debited; a debt amount inside a response is not the API charge.

Uncertain requests and financial corrections

For an uncertain result, a reservation lasts at most 15 minutes from acceptance. Without reliable evidence by that deadline it is released, with no unilateral late charge. Incorrect debits are corrected; releasing a reservation is not a cash withdrawal.

Data protection and retention

Sensitive input and results are encrypted, retained for at most 24 hours, then erased. Financial receipts and request identifiers remain without identity content. Results are accessible only to their owner. Do not place personal data in URLs or public analytics.

Access and limits

Service access, limits and availability depend on actual readiness. Outages, funding shortages or unresolved contractual conditions can pause new requests. Data is queried from relevant sources; ownership of those databases is not claimed.
